Nam-i Island, a beautiful island
shaped by the construction of Chungpyeong dam
An island floating on fresh lake like withered leaf at the eastern point of 63km from Seoul along Han River. It is the place where tress spreading towards sky, widespread grass, cultural fresh garden surrounded by the river, deer/ostrich/rabbit and nonymous birds get together with human, enjoying peaceful life. It is located in Chuncheon Myungdon street, the biggest centre of the city. *Makguksu: a traditional food from Kangwondo with freshness and mildness, putting buckwheat noodles to Kimchi soup.
